Returns

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping (if any) is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
